When do you choose this product?
When you want to present your documents professionally
Presentation folders are indispensable when you want to keep your documents neatly organised and protected during meetings, presentations or for archiving. These A5 folders are ideal for smaller documents, reports and brochures that you consult regularly or share with colleagues and clients.
Why choose the A5 format
The A5 format offers the perfect balance between compactness and functionality. You can easily take these folders in your bag or briefcase, while they remain suitable for standard A5 documents. The size makes them practical for organising specific project documents or creating clear, orderly files.
Extra strength for intensive use
The extra-strong construction ensures that these folders withstand frequent use. They don't tear easily and retain their shape, even when handled daily. The surface also offers a professional appearance and good grip.
Practical compatibility and environmentally conscious
With the standard 80-80-80 mm punch, these folders fit in any regular ring binder or lever arch file. The folders are document-safe, so you can store important papers securely without ink or print being damaged. An added advantage is that they are made from 30% recycled plastic, contributing to more sustainable office use. With 100 pieces in the pack, you have sufficient stock for larger projects.
