No more than one pad per foot. The toe warmers must not be used on sensitive or injured skin. Avoid contact with creams, lotions and similar liquids. Do not use while sleeping. Not suitable for children under 13 years of age. If the contents of the toe warmer come into contact with the skin or enter the eyes or mouth, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Can be disposed of with household waste.
