When should you choose suspension files?
Suspension files are essential for keeping loose documents neatly organised in suspension file cabinets or drawers. You need them when you want to organise many A4 documents without having to punch holes for ring binders. These orange AZO Ultimate files keep your papers neatly separated and easily accessible.

Why this A4 version with V-bottom?
These files have a V-bottom that automatically adapts to the amount of content. With dimensions of 410 x 260 mm, they offer ample space for standard A4 documents. The V-shape ensures the file stands stable, even when it is only partially filled.

Sturdy card and practical label holder
The 240 g/m² kraft card makes these files more durable than standard versions, so they withstand intensive use. The label holder with magnifier effect enlarges your handwriting or labels, making the contents easier to read without having to open the file.

Mind the correct hanging distance
These files are suitable for suspension file systems with a centre distance of 390 mm (distance between the suspension rails). Check before ordering that your cabinet or drawer has this standard size. With 25 pieces in orange, you immediately have sufficient stock for a complete section in your archiving system.
