When do you choose this product?
What does this audio adapter do?
This LogiLink aeroplane audio adapter solves the problem you encounter on aircraft with dual 3.5 mm audio sockets. Many in-flight entertainment systems have two separate mono outputs instead of a single stereo output, so your regular headphones don't work properly. This adapter combines both signals into one stereo output.
Why this specific 2-to-1 configuration?
The adapter has two 3.5 mm jack plugs that you insert into the dual aircraft sockets, and one 3.5 mm jack socket to which you connect your own headphones. This configuration is specifically designed for the standard aircraft audio setup and works with all regular headphones and earphones with a 3.5 mm plug.
Reliable connection thanks to gold-plated contacts
The connectors on this adapter are gold-plated, which ensures a stable signal transfer and prevents corrosion. This is especially important with frequent use while travelling, where the adapter is regularly plugged in and unplugged. The black design is compact and unobtrusive during use.
Practical travel tip for use
Always keep this adapter in your hand luggage or flight bag, so you have it to hand whenever you fly. Test the adapter beforehand with your headphones to check that everything works properly. Note that some modern aircraft are now switching to USB or wireless systems, but most aircraft still use this dual 3.5 mm system.
