Robust outdoor cabinet that perfectly protects your IT infrastructure against all weather conditions. With smart ventilation and IP65 protection, you keep your fibre optic connections and 19-inch components safe and accessible.
When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
This outdoor enclosure has been specially developed for fibre optic distribution and outdoor FTTX applications. You need this type of enclosure when you have to install fibre optic components and 19-inch equipment in locations where no indoor space is available, such as street cabinets or outdoor installations for internet providers.
Why choose this 24 HE variant?
With 24 HE, this enclosure offers sufficient space for extensive fibre optic distribution without becoming too large for outdoor installation. The dimensions of 600 x 600 x 1,450 mm strike a good balance between capacity and practical manageability. The 19-inch mounting profile makes standard rack components perfectly suitable for installation.
IP65 protection for outdoor use
The IP65 classification means this enclosure is fully protected against dust and water jets from all directions. This is essential for outdoor applications where you are exposed to rain, wind and temperature fluctuations. The galvanised steel with special epoxy-polyester outdoor paint provides additional corrosion resistance.
Practical installation features
The enclosure is supplied with a roof fan with thermostat for temperature control, which is crucial for the lifespan of electronic components. The C-profile rail and cable fixing provision allow for a neat installation. The plinth provides stable floor anchoring and offers space for cable routing from below.
