What the magnetoTimer does and when you need it

The magnetoTimer is a physical timer that counts down to a maximum of 60 minutes and alerts you with a ringtone once the time is up. It is handy when you want to keep track of time blocks, for example during meetings, presentations, workshops or focus sessions where you don't want to keep looking at your phone or computer.

Why this variant is the right choice

What sets this timer apart from a standard kitchen or desk timer is its dual placement option: you can place it on a table or desk, or attach it directly to a whiteboard thanks to the magnetic mount. This makes it especially practical in meeting rooms or classrooms where a whiteboard is already a central fixture.

Honest about the display

The digits on the display are extra large, and the time indication is colour-matched, so the remaining time remains easy to read from a distance. This is a deliberate design choice that is useful when several people in a room want to keep an eye on the timer at the same time. Please note that the timer has a maximum setting of 60 minutes — for longer time blocks, this product is not suitable.

Practical tip for use

The volume of the ringtone is adjustable, which is useful in quiet office environments or in a busy workspace where you want the timer to be clearly audible. When purchasing, check whether your whiteboard is suitable for magnetic mounting, as not all whiteboards are magnetic — with a lacquered or glass surface without a steel core, the magnetic function may not work.
