Draw circles up to 300 mm in diameter with this complete compass system. Thanks to the centre drive spindle, you work effortlessly and precisely, and with the universal adapter and lead box you're always well prepared.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a precision compass?
A compass is indispensable for drawing exact circles and arcs in technical drawing, mathematics and art. This Maped precision compass has been specially developed for situations where accuracy is crucial and you need to draw circles up to 300 mm in diameter.
Why choose a 3-piece system?
This 3-piece system offers more flexibility than a standard compass. You get not only the compass itself, but also a universal adapter that lets you use various drawing materials. The included pencil holder ensures you always have spare pencil leads to hand.
What does the precision system with central pivot mean?
The central pivot is the heart of this precision system. This technology ensures stable and accurate circles because the compass cannot slip while drawing. This allows you to work reliably on technical drawings where millimetre accuracy is required.
Practical considerations when using it
You will receive this compass in a random colour: blue, green or purple. Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify a colour preference. With the maximum circle diameter of 300 mm, you can work on A4 and A3 sizes. The universal adapter makes it possible to use other drawing materials such as fineliners or felt-tip pens in addition to pencil.
