When do you need this brush set?
This brush set has been specially developed for acrylic paint, but you can also use it excellently for oil paint. You need these brushes if you want to paint with these types of paint and create different line techniques and flat areas. The set gives you the flexibility to work on both fine details and broader surfaces.

Why this specific size combination?
The set contains four different brushes in sizes 6, 12 and 18, and you get both flat and round shapes. This combination covers the most commonly used sizes for both beginning and advanced painters. With the smaller size 6 you can create fine lines and details, while the larger sizes 12 and 18 are perfect for filling in areas and backgrounds.

Flat and round brushes in one set
You get both flat and round brushes, which is important because each makes different painting techniques possible. The flat brushes are ideal for broad strokes, sharp lines and blending colours on your canvas. The round brushes give you more control when creating dots, lines and curved shapes.

Practical tip for use
Clean your brushes straight after use, especially with oil paint, where the paint dries more slowly. For acrylic paint you simply use water, but with oil paint you need turpentine or another solvent. Store the brushes upright with the bristles facing up to prevent them from becoming misshapen.
