This uplighter provides warm, atmospheric ambient lighting in your office or home workspace. With the dimmer function via the foot switch, you set the brightness yourself, and the sturdy metal column always stands firmly.
When do you choose this product?
What does this halogen uplighter do?
This MAUL uplighter is a floor lamp that directs light towards the ceiling for indirect lighting of your workspace. With a power of 230W and a light output of 2250 lumens, this lamp provides warm, even light distribution that reduces eye strain during prolonged desk work. The built-in dimmer with foot switch lets you easily adjust the light intensity to suit your tasks.
Why choose this size and design?
At a height of 1830 mm, this uplighter fits perfectly beside desks and in office corners without dominating the space. The stable metal column with a base diameter of 260 mm offers sufficient stability, while the 280 mm diameter lamp head ensures a wide light distribution. The protective glass prevents damage to the halogen lamp and makes maintenance easier.
Practical considerations for halogen lighting
This lamp has energy class G and consumes 120 kWh per 1000 operating hours, which means halogen is less energy-efficient than LED alternatives. The halogen lamp has a lifespan of 2000 hours and is replaceable. The warm light of 2950K creates a pleasant working atmosphere, but be aware of the higher heat generation compared to modern LED lighting.
Installation and compatibility
The lamp is supplied with a 1.8 metre cable and Schutzkontakt plug, including a fix adapter for Swiss sockets. You can connect the lamp directly without any additional installation. The foot switch with dimmer makes operation convenient without having to bend down to the lamp.
