This wide rice spoon of acacia wood is the perfect kitchen helper for rice lovers. The natural wood sits comfortably in the hand and won't scratch your crockery.
When do you choose this product?
What does a rice spoon do and when do you need one?
A rice spoon is a practical kitchen helper that you use for scooping and serving rice, potatoes, vegetables or salad. Thanks to its broad, flat shape, it holds a generous amount and makes serving easy without mess.
Why choose acacia wood?
This Metaltex rice spoon is made from acacia wood, a natural material known for its durability. Acacia wood does not react with food the way metal can, so the flavour of your dishes stays pure. The wood also won't scratch coated surfaces and is gentle on bowls and dishes.
Non-stick function thanks to the wooden surface
Thanks to the fine-pored wooden surface, rice doesn't stick easily to the spoon and comes away effortlessly. This is especially important for sticky rice and fragrant rice varieties from Asian cuisine.
Practical storage tip
After use, dry the acacia wooden spoon thoroughly and avoid soaking it in water for long periods. The spoon has an integrated hanging hole for easy storage on a hook in the kitchen. For the best hygiene, simply rinse it with warm water and a soft sponge.
