When do you need a shelf basket?
A shelf basket such as the Metaltex Kanguro 40 is used to create extra storage space in cupboards, shelving units or workspaces. Ideal when you want to keep track of small office supplies, documents or personal items that would otherwise sink to the back of deep cupboard shelves.

Why choose this size?
With dimensions of 400×260×140 mm, this shelf basket offers enough room for A4 documents, folders and office supplies without taking up too much cupboard space. The height of 140 mm means you can also store slightly thicker items, while the size remains compact enough for standard office cupboards.

Durable coated metal with practical features
The coated metal is rust-resistant and impact-resistant, which is important for daily use. A particular advantage is the antistatic property - this prevents dust and small scraps of paper from sticking. The fine-mesh grid ensures good ventilation and a clear view of the contents, while the flat brackets give it a sleek appearance.

Easy installation without tools
You attach this shelf basket by simply hooking it onto the cupboard shelf - no screws or additional fitting required. This also makes it possible to move the basket to another cupboard later. Do check, however, that your cupboard shelf is strong enough to bear the weight of the filled basket.
