This olivewood pan turner makes cooking even more fun! The perforated design lets excess fat drain away nicely, and the natural wood is gentle on your non-stick pan.
When do you choose this product?
What does a slotted fish slice do?
A slotted fish slice is used for turning food in the pan without excess fat or oil coming along. The perforations allow liquids to drain away, so your dishes are less greasy and you have more control while cooking.
Why choose this 30 cm size?
With a length of 300 mm and a width of 57 mm, you have enough surface area to safely turn larger pieces of food as well. This size gives you good leverage and reach, so you can keep your distance from hot oil without burning your hands.
Benefits of the olive wood handle
Olive wood provides a comfortable grip and does not get hot during use, unlike all-metal kitchen utensils. The oiled surface protects the wood against moisture and discolouration, so the slice stays good-looking for longer and is easy to keep clean.
Maintenance advice for long-term use
Rinse the slice with warm water and soap after use, but do not let it soak for long periods. You can treat the olive wood from time to time with food-safe oil to maintain the oiled surface. Store the utensil in a dry place so the wood cannot crack or warp.
