What does this product do and when do you need it?
Reusable straws are a sustainable alternative to disposable plastic. You use them when drinking smoothies, soft drinks, cocktails or other cold drinks, and they are particularly suitable if you want to produce less plastic waste at home or on the go.

Why this size and this variant?
These straws are 200 mm long and have a diameter of 8 mm, which makes them suitable for most standard glasses and cups. The curved shape offers extra convenience, so you can drink comfortably without having to tilt your glass. The set of 4 pieces is handy if you often serve several people or simply want a spare straw to hand.

Honest about the material: borosilicate glass
Borosilicate glass is known for its hardness and resistance to temperature fluctuations, but it remains glass — it can break from a hard fall or knock. This material is transparent, so you can see at a glance whether the straw is still clean. For use by young children or in situations where the straw is often dropped, this is worth considering.

Practical tip: cleaning
The supplied cleaning brush is specially designed to thoroughly clean the inside of the straw, something a regular sponge cannot achieve with a diameter of 8 mm and a length of 200 mm. Rinse the straws straight after each use and use the brush for a thorough clean. The straws are also dishwasher safe, although hand cleaning with the supplied brush is the most reliable way to remove food residue completely.
