When do you choose this product?
When you need a skimming spoon
A skimming spoon is indispensable in every kitchen for skimming off foam and fat while cooking. You mainly use this kitchen tool when preparing stocks and soups, when you want to remove the foam or fat. A skimming spoon is also ideal for other liquid dishes to scoop out unwanted particles.
Why choose stainless steel
This Metaltex skimming spoon from the Inox range is made of stainless steel, which ensures durability and hygiene. Stainless steel does not react with food and retains its shiny silver-coloured finish. The material is resistant to high temperatures and will last for years with regular use.
Exclusive grip shape for comfort
The standout feature of this skimming spoon is the exclusive grip shape, specially designed for novice cooks. This ergonomic handle sits comfortably in the hand and provides sufficient grip during use. The thoughtful design ensures you can work safely and precisely.
Practical maintenance and storage
With dimensions of 112 x 356 x 52 mm, this skimming spoon fits in most kitchen drawers. A major advantage is that the product is fully dishwasher-safe, so you can easily clean it after use. There's no need to wash it by hand; you can simply place the skimming spoon in the dishwasher for hygienic cleaning.
