When do you need triangular colouring pencils?
Colouring pencils are essential for children who are learning to draw, colour and write. These Pelikan colouring pencils are specially designed for small children's hands that are still developing grip and control. You choose this set when your child starts creative activities or when the school requires colouring pencils for art lessons.

Why the triangular shape makes the difference
The ergonomic triangular shape ensures that children automatically adopt the correct finger position. This prevents cramping and makes longer drawing sessions more comfortable. The thick barrel of these pencils offers extra grip for small fingers and helps develop the correct pencil grip for writing later on.

Soft quality lead for effortless colouring
These pencils have a soft 4.0 mm lead, so colour releases easily and covers evenly. The 175 mm length provides enough material for long-lasting use. Thanks to the soft composition, you need to apply less pressure, which is especially important for young children who are still developing their motor skills.

Complete set with fun extras
The set contains 12 colours: yellow, orange, red, skin tone, pink, lilac, dark blue, light blue, light green, dark green, brown and black. Each pencil has a name field where you can write your child's name, which is handy for school or childcare. The animal motifs on the pencils can be combined, adding extra play value while drawing.
