What does a clipboard do and when do you need one?
A clipboard keeps loose papers together in one place while you are on the move or do not have a desk available. It is a practical tool for situations where you make notes standing or walking, such as during inspections, guided tours or trade fairs.

Why this format and this set are the right choice
This clipboard is suitable for DIN A4 format, the standard size most widely used in Dutch offices and organisations. Because you receive a set of 10 pieces, you can equip several employees at once or allocate clipboards per project or department. The three different colours — blue, green and transparent — make it easy to apply a colour-coding system.

An honest note on the material and the clip fastening
The clipboard is made of heavy, break-resistant polypropylene, which means it can withstand knocks during daily use away from the desk. The spring clip has plastic corners that hold the paper in place without damaging the edges. It is fair to mention that polypropylene is lighter than wood or metal, which is an advantage for portability but offers less writing resistance than a sturdier surface.

Practical tips for use and storage
Each clipboard is fitted with a pen holder, so you always have a writing implement to hand without having to search for one. The hanging bracket at the top allows you to hang the clipboard on a hook or board, which is handy in warehouses, workshops or on the shop floor. When in use, check that your papers fall fully within the DIN A4 format, so that the clip fits properly and nothing slides out of place.
