What does this punch do and when do you need it?
This RAPESCO punch is specially designed for punching paper that you want to use in diaries, planners and organisers. You need it when you want to add loose sheets to your diary planner or reorganise existing documents into a ring binder system.

Why is the 6-hole setting so handy?
The punch supports eight different formats: A5, A6, Mini, Pocket, Personal, Slimline, Compact and Agenda. Thanks to the 6-hole adjustable punching, you can make exactly the right holes for your specific planner or organiser. This prevents your paper from sitting crooked or not fitting properly in your ring mechanism.

Capacity and precision for everyday use
With a capacity of 10 sheets at a time, you can efficiently process small stacks of paper. The stop bar with marking ensures your paper always sits in the correct position, so all the holes are perfectly aligned. The tray for punch waste keeps your workspace tidy by catching the paper scraps.

Practical details for optimal use
The punch measures 204 x 68 x 43 mm, making it compact enough to store in your desk drawer. The lockable handle prevents unwanted use and protects the mechanism during transport. The name plate window helps you identify the punch in a shared workspace. Always check with a test sheet first that the setting is correct before punching important documents.
