When do you use a children's placemat?
A placemat for children protects your table from stains, scratches and heat during meals. This Brandweerman Bernie placemat is specially designed for children who are fascinated by the fire brigade and emergency services. You use it at breakfast, lunch and dinner to keep the table clean while your child eats happily.

Why choose the 45×30 cm size?
With dimensions of 45×30 cm, this placemat offers enough space for a children's plate, cup and cutlery. The size is large enough to catch spills, but not so large that it dominates the entire table. For children, this is an ideal size that suits their eating habits and the size of their tableware.

Advantages of plastic material
The plastic material makes this placemat particularly practical for everyday use. Plastic is easy to clean with a damp cloth and won't break if your child handles it a little roughly. The material is liquid-proof, so spilled drinks can't seep through the placemat onto your table.

Practical storage tip
It's best to store this plastic placemat flat in a kitchen drawer or lean it against a kitchen cabinet. Thanks to the rigid material, the placemat stays nicely flat on the table. After use, rinse it briefly with warm water and soap, or wipe it clean with a damp cloth.
