When do you choose this product?
When do you need a stoneware dinner set?
A stoneware dinner set such as the Ritzenhoff & Breker Portofino is ideal for everyday use in households where sustainability matters. Stoneware is sturdier than ordinary earthenware and holds up better to intensive use. You choose this material when you're looking for tableware that can withstand minor knocks and regular use.
Why an 8-piece basic set?
This set consists of 4 large plates and 4 soup bowls, which is perfect for a family of four or couples who regularly entertain guests. With this combination, you have the essential pieces for both main courses and starters or soups. It's a practical foundation that you can later expand with other tableware items.
The rustic look of Portofino
What sets this set apart is its rustic appearance, which suits a range of interior styles, from country to modern casual. This look means that minor signs of wear are less noticeable than on smooth, glossy tableware. The natural appearance makes every meal feel a little more relaxed and less formal.
Easy care for busy households
A major advantage is that this stoneware set is dishwasher-safe, which makes daily cleaning much easier. You don't need to worry about hand-washing or special treatment. This makes the tableware especially suitable for families with children or people who prefer to spend little time on washing up.
