When do you choose this product?
When do you need watercolour paint in natural tones?
Watercolour paint is used for creating transparent, flowing paintings where water serves as the medium. This Van Gogh set with 12 natural tones is ideal when you want to create landscapes, portraits or nature studies. The natural colour composition offers all the basic colours you need for realistic depictions.
Why choose this 12-colour set?
With 12 pans, you get a well-balanced palette that lets you create virtually any desired shade through colour mixing. The natural tones have been specially selected to work well together and offer sufficient variation for a range of projects. This quantity gives you more creative freedom than smaller sets, without being overwhelmed by too many options.
Transparency and lightfastness as the main features
Van Gogh watercolour paint produces highly transparent colours, which is essential for the characteristic watercolour technique of working in layers. The excellent lightfastness means your artworks will retain their colour intensity, even with prolonged exposure to light. This makes the paint suitable for works you want to keep or exhibit.
Practical pocket box with complete kit
In addition to the 12 paint pans, the plastic pocket box also contains a brush and mixing palette. So you have everything you need to start straight away. The compact case makes the set easy to take along for plein air painting or use in different locations. The simple paint release means you can lift colour from the pans onto your brush with minimal effort.
