When do you need soft pastels?
Soft pastels are ideal for artists working on drawings, paintings or mixed media projects where you want to create intense colours and soft transitions. They are perfect for portraits, landscapes and abstract works because you can easily blend and smudge them.

Why choose a set of 225 pieces?
With 225 full-length pastels, you have an extensive colour palette at your disposal, allowing you to create virtually any desired shade. This range offers enough variety for professional art projects without you having to constantly buy new colours. The colour-sorted system ensures you can quickly find the right tone.

Advantage of full-length pastels
This set contains full-length pastels rather than half sticks, which means you can work with each colour for longer. Full-length pastels give you more grip while working and are more practical for large areas and intensive use. They also break less easily than shorter versions.

Practical storage in a wooden box
The supplied wooden box keeps your pastels neatly organised and protects them from damage. Each pastel has its own place, so you keep track of your colours and prevent them from contaminating one another. The sturdy box is also handy for transport to different workspaces or course locations.
