When do you choose this product?
What does this training ball do?
A training ball is a versatile fitness tool that improves your reflexes, coordination and conditioning. You attach the ball to a suitable point and train by boxing, dodging or performing other movement exercises. This type of training is popular with boxers, but also ideally suited to general fitness and stress relief.
Why choose this size?
With dimensions of 190×120 mm, this ball offers an ideal size for both beginners and advanced users. The size is large enough to hit well, yet compact enough for quick, precise movements. The oval shape creates unpredictable movements that further challenge your reaction speed.
Durable rope system with handles
The ball hangs from two tear-resistant plastic ropes, each 2.25 metres long, which ensures stable movements and a long service life. The handles make it possible to use the ball for other exercises too, such as resistance training or stretching. This double rope construction offers more stability than systems with a single rope.
Practical storage and use
The supplied mesh bag makes storage and transport easy, ideal if you want to move or store the ball regularly. For hanging, you need a sturdy hook, beam or anchor point that can handle the weight and forces of the moving ball. Make sure there is enough free space around the ball for safe training.
