When do you choose this product?
When do you need a dumbbell set?
Dumbbells are essential for strength training and building fitness at home or on the go. You use them for arm muscles, shoulders and various fitness routines where you want to gradually build up the weight. This set offers three different weights, so you can vary according to your training schedule and progression.
Why this weight variation is ideal
With 0.5 kg, 1.0 kg and 1.5 kg dumbbells, you get a complete starter set for beginner to intermediate strength training. The 0.5 kg dumbbells are perfect for warm-ups or rehabilitation exercises, while the heavier variants are suitable for more intensive workouts. You get two dumbbells per weight, so you can perform symmetrical exercises.
Durability thanks to cast iron core
The cast iron core ensures a sturdy weight distribution and a long service life. The vinyl coating not only protects your floors from scratches, but also provides a grip-friendly surface during training. This combination makes the dumbbells suitable for intensive use without wear problems.
Practical storage in case
The included case with carry handle makes transport and storage easy. You can keep your dumbbell set neatly organised and easily take it to different training locations. Thanks to the lockable case, all six dumbbells stay together and don't take up unnecessary space.
