What does this sponge do and when do you need it?
The Scotch-Brite Flex Scrub is a cleaning sponge you use for washing up and cleaning kitchen items. Thanks to its flexible shape, the sponge adapts to the surface you are cleaning, which makes it suitable for both flat surfaces and rounder objects. The hole in the middle of the sponge is specially designed to make cleaning cutlery easy.

Why choose this flexible variant?
The unique feature of this sponge is that it responds to the water temperature you use. In cold water the sponge stays firmer, so you can apply more force to stubborn dirt. If you use warm water, the sponge becomes softer and more pliable, which is better for gentler cleaning. In effect, you get two cleaning methods in one sponge.

Honest about the scouring side
This sponge is non-scratch, which means it will not leave scratches on delicate surfaces. That makes it suitable for materials you would rather not damage, such as non-stick pans or glass tableware. Please note that it is therefore less suitable if you need to remove really stubborn burnt-on dirt that requires an abrasive side.

Practical tip for hard-to-reach places
The flexible shape helps you clean hard-to-reach places too, such as the inside of glasses or the gaps between cutlery. Thanks to the hole in the middle, you can easily slide cutlery through the sponge for thorough cleaning. After use, store the sponge somewhere it can dry well to keep it in good condition for longer.
