This is why Dex likes this article
Chrome bollard with built-in LED lighting, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use thanks to IP54 protection. Cordless and with 10 light modes, it gives your setup a stylish and eye-catching look.
When do you choose this product?
What does this barrier post do and when do you need it?
You use a barrier post to direct pedestrian routes, organise queues or demarcate areas. The Securit NOVA stands out because it combines this with integrated LED lighting, making it clearly visible even in dark surroundings or during evening events. Think of entrances to hospitality venues, event locations or car parks.
Why this cordless model is the right choice
Because the post works entirely without cables, you don't have to worry about the location of power sockets or concealing cords. That makes the set-up flexible and quick to adjust, for example if you regularly change the layout of a space. The post is therefore particularly practical for temporary barriers or changing event arrangements.
Honest about battery life
Battery life ranges from 12 to 120 hours, depending on the chosen lighting mode. With 10 different lighting modes you can decide for yourself how intense the lighting is, which directly affects how long you can use the device continuously. For a busy evening with a striking lighting effect, plan to recharge in good time; for a more subtle, continuous operation, the battery life is considerably longer.
Suitable for indoor and outdoor use
The housing has an IP54 rating, which means the post is protected against dust particles and splashing water from all directions. This makes it suitable for covered outdoor areas such as terraces or entrances. The post is made of stainless steel with a chrome finish and has a scratch-resistant base, which helps it keep a neat appearance even after intensive use. The total height is 875 mm for the post plus 100 mm for the base.
