When do you choose this product?
When do you need a glass kettle?
A glass kettle is ideal when you want to heat water quickly and keep an eye on the process. Unlike plastic kettles, glass does not affect the taste of the water and is easier to keep clean. This SEVERIN kettle with a 1.7-litre capacity is suitable for families or offices where several cups of tea or coffee are regularly made.
Why choose this retro design?
The unique retro design of this kettle fits perfectly in kitchens with a vintage or classic style. The stainless steel accent gives the whole a timeless look that is both functional and decorative. The blue interior lighting creates an atmospheric glow during brewing and makes the process even easier to watch.
Powerful performance with 2400 watts
With 2400 watts of power, this kettle heats water considerably faster than standard models. This means less waiting time when making hot drinks. The automatic boil-dry protection ensures the kettle switches off safely as soon as the water boils, saving energy and preventing overheating.
Practical details for everyday use
The kettle is 100% BPA-free, which means no harmful substances end up in your water. The removable limescale filter is easy to clean, which is especially handy in areas with hard water. Please note: this model is supplied with a Swiss plug including an adapter, so you may need an extra adapter for Dutch sockets.
