When do you need a hand blender?
A hand blender is indispensable for puréeing soups, making smoothies and blending sauces directly in the pan or bowl. This saves time and avoids decanting into a food processor. The SEVERIN SM 3771 with 600 watts of power delivers enough force for both soft ingredients and firmer vegetables.

Why choose a detachable stainless steel blending shaft?
The detachable stainless steel blending shaft allows thorough cleaning and prevents bacteria from building up in hard-to-reach corners. Stainless steel does not react with acidic ingredients such as tomatoes or citrus, so the flavour of your dishes stays pure. The material is also wear-resistant and retains its performance even with intensive use.

Advantage of the stepless adjustable speed
The stepless adjustable speed control gives you full control over the blending process. You start slowly to prevent splashing and gradually increase to the desired texture. The turbo function provides extra power when you need to process firm ingredients such as nuts or frozen fruit.

Practical features for everyday use
This model is 100% BPA-free, which means no harmful substances are released on contact with food. The Euro plug fits all Dutch power sockets without an adapter. Thanks to the detachable blending shaft, you only need to wash the part that comes into contact with food, while the motor unit stays dry.
