This audio cable with a 5-pin DIN plug reliably connects your audio equipment. At 5 metres long you have plenty of freedom of movement, and the nickel-plated contacts ensure stable signal transmission.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a 5-pin DIN audio cable?
You use this audio cable to connect older audio equipment that uses 5-pin DIN connections. You mainly come across this type of connector on vintage stereo systems, old cassette decks, and certain synthesisers from the 1970s and 1980s. You need this cable when you want to connect such devices to modern amplifiers or when you want to create a complete retro audio setup.
Why choose a 5-metre length?
With a length of 5 metres, this cable offers enough flexibility for most placement positions in your living room or studio. You can position devices on different cabinets without the cable becoming too short or hanging awkwardly in the way. This length is practical enough for standard home situations without running into the signal loss that can occur with extremely long cables.
Reliable signal transmission thanks to moulded housing
The moulded housing ensures that the connection points are well protected against moisture and mechanical stress. This means the cable can withstand regular plugging and unplugging without the connection becoming looser. The nickel-plated contact surfaces prevent corrosion and guarantee stable signal transmission over a long period.
Compatibility with DIN-standard equipment
This cable works with all devices that have a 5-pin DIN connection. Before you order, check that your device really has a 5-pin and not a 3-pin DIN connector, as these are not interchangeable. The black colour of both the cable and the plug gives a discreet look that suits most audio equipment.
