Robust outdoor coupling that connects your network cables in a waterproof way. With IP68 protection and gold-plated contacts, your connection stays stable, even in extreme weather conditions.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need an outdoor network cable coupler?
This coupler connects two network cables and is specially designed for outdoor applications. You need it when you want to extend or join network cables in environments exposed to the weather, such as with security cameras, outdoor WiFi access points or network connections between buildings.
Why choose the Category 6A specification?
This Cat. 6A version supports higher data speeds than standard Cat. 5e or Cat. 6 connections. The gold-plated contacts ensure optimal signal transmission and prevent corrosion caused by moisture. The STP shielding protects against electromagnetic interference, which is particularly important in industrial environments or on long cable runs.
IP68 protection for extreme conditions
The IP68 rating means this coupler is fully dust-tight and waterproof, even when submerged. The Nylon PA 66 material withstands temperatures from -40 to +105 degrees Celsius, so you can use it all year round. This robustness makes it suitable for installation situations where ordinary indoor couplers would fail.
Compatibility and practical use
The coupler works with cables from 3 to 8 mm in diameter, which covers most standard network cables. Thanks to its compact dimensions of 110 x 30 x 90 mm, it fits in tight mounting spaces. Please note that both cables you wish to connect must already be fitted with RJ45 connectors, as this is a coupler and not a crimping tool.
