This handy container effortlessly reheats your soup or stew in the microwave, thanks to the clever valve in the lid. With a practical handle and dishwasher-safe, you can always enjoy a warm meal quickly.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a special microwave mug?
This Sistema microwave mug is specially designed for heating soup, casseroles and drinks in the microwave. You need this type of mug when you regularly eat warm meals at the office or want to quickly heat up a portion of soup at home without having to transfer it to a microwave-safe dish.
Why choose this 650 ml version?
With a capacity of 650 ml, this mug offers enough room for a generous portion of soup or a complete warm meal. The size is practical for a normal portion, yet not so large that it becomes awkward to hold or store. The round shape ensures even heat distribution in the microwave.
The importance of the vent cap
The vent cap in the lid is a crucial feature that makes safe reheating possible. This valve lets excess steam escape while heating, so pressure doesn't build up and the lid can't suddenly pop open. This means you can safely reheat soups and casseroles without splattering or accidents.
Practical tips for everyday use
The mug is dishwasher-safe, which makes cleaning easy after use. The handy handle stays cool during heating, so you can take the mug straight out of the microwave. Be sure to clean the valve in the lid regularly to ensure it continues to work properly. The product is phthalate-free, which means there are no harmful plasticisers in the material.
