These dual-tip markers give you two techniques in one pen: the fine tip for precise lines and the broad brush tip for flat areas of colour. Thanks to the water-soluble ink, you effortlessly blend the 12 colours into your own shades, odourless and hassle-free.
When do you choose this product?
What are dual-tip marker pens and when do you use them?
Dual-tip marker pens have two different tips in one marker: a fine tip for detailed work and a broad brush tip for filling larger areas. You use these markers for hand lettering, illustrations, bullet journalling and creative projects where you need both precision and flat areas of colour.
Mixable water-based ink, odourless
The water-based ink can be mixed with other inks, which means you can create new colour shades by combining the markers directly on paper. The odourless properties make long working sessions pleasant, especially in small spaces. The line width varies from 0.8 mm with the fine tip to 10 mm with the brush tip.
Practical tip for optimal use
These TOMBOW ABT markers work best on smooth paper suitable for markers. Avoid paper that bleeds, such as regular photocopy paper. For the best blending results, work with the colours while they are still damp on the paper. Store the markers horizontally with the caps firmly on to prevent them from drying out.
