When do you use a date stamp?
A date stamp is indispensable when you regularly need to date documents. It saves time compared with writing dates by hand and gives your administration a professional, uniform appearance. You mainly use it to stamp invoices, receipts, contracts and other important documents.

Why this compact 4 × 26 mm variant?
This size is ideal for documents where space is limited, such as small forms or narrow margins. The 4 × 26 mm print size fits perfectly in standard date fields without overwriting other text. Thanks to its compact size, the stamp is also easy to carry and store.

Clear impression with 4 mm character height
The 4 mm character height ensures the date is easy to read without dominating your document. This size is large enough to read effortlessly, yet small enough to fit neatly into standard administrative forms.

Practical use and setting
You set the date using the plastic wheels on the side of the stamp. The nickel-plated metal housing with its grey/blue plastic handle provides a firm grip while stamping. Remember to check regularly that the date is still set correctly, especially after weekends or holidays.
