This multi-format stamp saves you time when processing post and orders. With 12 handy texts such as "Received", "Paid" and "Sent", you stamp both status and date in one go. Self-inking, so always ready to use.
When do you choose this product?
What does this date stamp do?
The Trodat 5117 is a self-inking date stamp specially developed for offices that want to streamline their document processing. With this stamp, you can mark documents with both a date and a status indication, so you put all the relevant information on paper in a single action. This saves time when processing invoices, orders and other administrative documents.
Why choose this multi-format model?
What makes this stamp special is that you can switch between 12 different texts such as ONTVANGEN, BETAALD, GEANNULEERD and VERZONDEN. This makes one stamp suitable for every step in your administrative process. You don't need to buy multiple stamps for different purposes, which saves costs and improves efficiency.
Practical print size of 4×48 mm
The print size of 4×48 mm offers enough room for both the date and the selected text, without taking up too much space on your documents. The format is compact enough for standard documents, yet large enough to remain clearly legible. The black ink ensures a professional and clear imprint.
Maintenance and replacement
This stamp is self-inking, which means you don't need a separate stamp pad. When the ink runs out, you can easily replace the ink cassette with model 6/56A. This ensures your stamp keeps working reliably for years, without the hassle of loose ink pads that can dry out.
