When do you need an automatic date stamp?
A date stamp is useful when you regularly need to date documents, such as when receiving post, processing forms or marking important papers. This Trodat Printy Dater 4820 works automatically, which means you don't have to set the date by hand - it adjusts itself to the correct date every day.

Why choose this compact format?
With dimensions of 70×31×99 mm, this date stamp fits easily in your hand and takes up little space on your desk. The stamping area of 4×25 mm is ideal for standard date display on documents where space is limited, yet the date still needs to be clearly legible.

Clear impressions thanks to the right character size
The 4 mm writing height ensures the date is easy to read without taking up too much space on the document. The black ink cartridge produces a sharp, professional impression that won't fade. Thanks to the automatic system, you get consistently the same quality with every impression.

Practical tip for replacing the ink
When the stamp becomes less clear, simply replace the ink cartridge. For this date stamp you need cartridge type 6/4911. It's handy to keep a spare cartridge in stock, so you can keep stamping without interruption in your work.
