Everything you need to start urban sketching straight away, neatly gathered in one set. With various nib widths, a brush tip and four drawing instructions, you'll soon learn the finer points of the craft.
When do you choose this product?
What does this drawing kit do?
This starter set is specially put together for urban sketching, drawing cityscapes and surroundings on location. You get a complete kit that lets you create various drawing and shading effects. The set contains professional fineliners and a propelling pencil that help you add both fine details and broader areas to your drawings.
Why choose this 9-piece composition?
The set combines 6 standard uni pin fineliners with three special versions: a brush tip (pinselspitzen), a chisel fineliner and the Shalaku S propelling pencil. This variety means you can apply different line widths and effects without buying extra materials. You have everything to hand straight away to make varied sketches.
Practical help with learning to draw
What sets this set apart from loose pens are the four included drawing guides. These give you concrete instructions and techniques for urban sketching. You learn not only how to work with the different pens, but also how to apply composition, perspective and shading techniques in your urban sketches.
Tip for optimal use
Start with the standard fineliners for your main lines and details, use the chisel fineliner for broader accents and the brush tip for organic shapes. The Shalaku S propelling pencil is ideal for preliminary sketches and shadows. Always store the pens horizontally with the caps on to prevent them from drying out.
