This professional paint roller makes painting large surfaces a lot more efficient. The special foam core ensures an even distribution of paint, even on rough walls and plasterwork.
When do you choose this product?
When do you use a paint roller for rough surfaces?
This WESTEX DUROTEX paint roller is specially developed for applying high-quality coatings to rough brickwork and plasterwork. You choose this type of roller when working with rough surfaces that require deeper penetration of the paint. The special construction ensures that you can also roll out well in corners and hard-to-reach spots.
Why a 250 mm width and this pile height?
With a width of 250 mm, you cover large areas efficiently without the roller becoming too heavy during prolonged use. The pile height of 18 mm is ideally suited to coarse substrates, as this thickness ensures sufficient paint absorption and an even distribution over unevenness in the surface.
Advantage of the 100% moisture-resistant rigid foam core
The roller is filled with special rigid foam that is fully resistant to moisture. This means the material retains its shape, even with prolonged contact with water-based paints. As a result, you can keep working for longer without the roller losing its paint-holding properties or deforming due to moisture absorption.
Practical tip for optimal use
Pay attention to the core diameter of 60 mm when choosing your roller frame - it must be suitable for this size. The blue fibres in the roller sleeve indicate that this is a professional-quality product. For the best result, first roll crosswise over the surface, then finish in one direction for an even finish.
