XtremeOffice is here for both home users and businesses — with the same range, the same fast delivery, and the same level of personal service. There's no separate business portal with different prices; just one webshop that works equally well for everyone.
Order with or without an account
You don't need to create an account to place an order. Our guest checkout works for both private individuals and businesses: simply enter your company name optionally in the delivery address, and your order will be processed in your company's name. Would you prefer an account? We'll keep track of your order history, you'll automatically earn Dex-Points, and you'll also be able to request quotes later on (see below).
Need a quote for your purchasing department?
Does your order need to be approved by a purchasing department or a colleague first? Add items to your quote using the "Add to Quote" button on each product page — anyone can do this, even without an account. When you're ready to submit the quote, simply log in (or create an account); you'll then receive it as a PDF by e-mail. A quote is valid for 7 days, and you can find it under "My Quotes" in your account, along with any quote lists you haven't yet finalised.
Heavy goods: some items require a Chamber of Commerce (KvK) or VAT (BTW) number
A small portion of our range consists of large or heavy items that can only be delivered via specialist heavy-goods transport (by trailer), to locations that are accessible for this type of delivery. To ensure these deliveries go smoothly, we ask for a registered Chamber of Commerce (KvK) or VAT (BTW) number in your account for these items — we verify this automatically against the European VIES database. This is not a separate "business price" or discount tier; it is purely a logistical requirement for this specific part of our range. You can enter this information once via My Account → Details.
Dex-Points: everyone earns rewards
Whether you're ordering as a private individual or a business: every purchase earns you Dex-Points, which can be redeemed for a discount or free delivery. There's no separate programme for businesses — everyone builds up credit in exactly the same way. Find out more on the Dex-Points page.

Have a question about an order, a product, or a quote? Dex, our digital assistant, is available via the chat on every page and is familiar with both our range and your order.
