With this cable reel you can work worry-free outdoors, even in the rain. The 4 splashproof sockets with self-closing cover and thermal protection keep your equipment safe, while the metal frame with carrying handle is sturdy and practical.
When do you choose this product?
What does an outdoor cable reel with IP44 protection do?
An outdoor cable reel brings electricity to places where there are no power sockets. This cable reel is specially designed for outdoor use, with IP44 protection that provides splash-proof resistance. You use it when you want to connect electrical appliances in places where rain or moisture may occur.
Why choose 4 splash-proof sockets?
With 4 sockets, you can connect several appliances at once without extra adapters. Each socket has a self-closing cover that closes automatically when you pull the plug out. This keeps moisture and dirt out, which is essential for outdoor work in the garden, on the terrace or for jobs around the house.
Built-in protection against overheating
This cable reel has a thermal cut-out that switches off automatically in case of overheating. This happens, for example, when you do not fully unwind the cable and a lot of current flows through it. The protection prevents dangerous situations and protects both the reel and your connected appliances from damage caused by excessive temperatures.
Practical design for mobile use
The metal frame ensures sturdiness and durability during intensive use. The carry handle makes it easy to move the reel from place to place. Want to use the cable reel safely? Always unwind the entire cable before connecting appliances, even if you don't need the full length. This prevents overheating and keeps the thermal cut-out functioning properly.
