A fun craft pack for little creatives aged 6 and up! You get everything in one set: the cat figure, decorative paper, glue and brush, so you can get started straight away.
When do you choose this product?
What is décopatch and when do you use it?
Décopatch is a creative craft technique in which you cover papier-mâché figures with special decorative paper. This set is ideal if you want children from the age of 6 to get to know this artisanal hobby, or if you are looking for a fun family activity on rainy afternoons.
Why choose this complete cat set?
This 5-piece set contains everything you need to start straight away: one papier-mâché cat figure, two sheets of decorative paper, glue and a brush. So you don't need to buy any extra materials, which makes this set practical for beginners who want to try the technique without a big investment.
Suitable from 6 years: what does this mean?
The age indication of 6 years and up takes into account the fine motor skills needed to apply the paper scraps accurately and to handle the glue and brush. Younger children can join in too, but they will probably need help cutting and sticking the small pieces of paper.
Practical tip for the best result
Use the enclosed brush to apply the glue evenly and to smooth out air bubbles from the decorative paper. Tear the decorative paper rather than cutting it - torn edges give a more natural finish and are less visible where the different pieces of paper meet on your cat figure.
