When do you choose this product?
What does this HDMI IP extender set do?
This HDMI IP extender set lets you transmit 4K Ultra HD video signals over long distances via fibre optic cable. The system consists of a transmitter unit and a receiver unit, so you can operate HDMI devices such as computers, media players or presentation equipment remotely, as if they were connected directly.
Why choose fibre optic with a 40 km range?
Fibre optic technology makes it possible to transmit signals over a distance of up to 40,000 metres without loss of quality. This makes this set ideal for professional applications such as large office buildings, industrial complexes, event venues, or situations where you need to connect equipment across different floors or even different buildings.
Maintaining 4K Ultra HD quality
The system supports full 4K Ultra HD resolution up to 3,840 x 2,160 pixels, so you don't have to compromise on picture quality despite the long distance. The KVM functionality means you can also transmit keyboard, video and mouse signals, which is particularly useful when operating computers or servers remotely.
Complete set for immediate installation
You receive everything needed for installation: both units, power adapters with EU plugs, mounting hardware for wall installation and RS232 terminal blocks for additional configuration options. The compact dimensions of 103 x 106 x 26 mm allow for discreet mounting. Please note that you will need to purchase fibre optic cables separately that are suitable for the desired distance.
