When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
These document wallets are ideal for neatly organising documents you need regularly. The three flaps keep different categories of paperwork separate, such as invoices, contracts or project documents. They are perfect when you want a flexible system that you can easily take with you.
Why this A4 format with 3 flaps?
The A4 format fits all standard office paper and documents. The three flaps offer enough structure for a good division of your papers. You get 10 pieces in different colours (blue, crystal, red, turquoise and green), so you can assign different projects or categories to each colour.
Sturdy construction with practical details
The cover is made of recycled PP plastic with a thickness of 500 my, which ensures durability with frequent use. The three flaps keep your documents securely in place, while the elastic closure prevents papers from falling out during transport. On the inside there is a transparent pocket where you can place a table of contents, for example.
Handy storage tip for optimal use
Store the wallets upright in a document drawer or on a bookshelf so you can see the coloured spines at a glance. By consistently using the same colour for the same type of document, you will quickly find what you are looking for. The dimensions of 240 x 320 mm mean they fit neatly in standard office cabinets.
