This collection box keeps your A4 documents firmly together thanks to its three flaps and elastic closure. A sustainable choice made from 100% recycled cardboard, with 70 mm of space for all your paperwork.
When do you choose this product?
What does this collection box do?
A collection box is used to store loose A4 documents in an organised and dust-free way. This Extendos collection box is specially designed for archiving important papers, contracts, invoices or project documentation that you need regularly but do not use every day.
Why choose the 70 mm version?
With a capacity of 70 mm, this box offers room for a considerable amount of documents without becoming too heavy. This thickness is ideal when you want to store complete files or project folders, while the box is still easy to lift off the shelf and move.
Sustainable material with a practical closure
The box is made from 100% recycled cardboard, contributing to a sustainable office environment. The three tuck-in flaps combined with the elastic cord ensure a firm closure. This keeps your documents well protected from dust and prevents loose papers from falling out when you transport the box.
Practical dimensions for standard archiving
This collection box is designed for the standard A4 format (210 x 297 mm). With external dimensions of 245 x 70 x 320 mm, this collection box fits in most standard filing cabinets and bookcases.
