Universal chain links that fit most modern bike chains with 18–24 gears. Handy to keep in your toolbox for quick repairs on the go.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need bicycle chain links?
Bicycle chain links are essential spare parts for repairing broken bicycle chains. You need them when your chain has snapped or when you need to shorten or lengthen a chain. These links make it possible to firmly reconnect chain parts without having to replace the entire chain.
Suitable for 18-24 speed bicycles
These FISCHER chain links are specially developed for bicycles with a chain drive of 18-24 speeds. This makes them ideal for modern racing bikes, touring bikes and mountain bikes with multiple gears. By ensuring the correct compatibility, you prevent the link from not fitting properly or wearing out sooner.
Precise dimensions for an optimal fit
The links measure 12,7 × 2,4 mm, which corresponds to the international size 1/2 x 3/32 inch. This specific size ensures that the link fits perfectly onto your existing chain and runs smoothly through the gears. The precise dimensions are crucial for a reliable connection that can withstand the forces experienced while cycling.
Check your chain size to be sure
Before ordering these links, measure the width of your current chain to confirm that it is 12,7 × 2,4 mm. You can do this with a sliding calliper or by checking the specifications of your bicycle. If in doubt, you can also ask a bicycle mechanic which chain size your bicycle uses.
