This practical postal folder keeps your important documents neatly together. The drawstring ensures nothing falls out, perfect for transport and archiving.
When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
A post folder is a practical office solution for organising and collecting documents that still need to be processed. You use this folder to temporarily bundle various papers, such as incoming post, invoices that require approval, or documents that need to be forwarded to colleagues.
Why choose the A4 format in yellow?
The A4 format fits standard office paper and documents perfectly. The yellow colour makes the folder stand out among other documents and folders, so you can quickly see where your post is. This prevents important documents from being overlooked in a busy office environment.
Advantages of the drawstring system
The drawstring ensures a secure closure so documents cannot fall out. Unlike ordinary folders, your papers stay neatly together, even when you move the folder or take it along in a bag. The cardboard material offers sufficient sturdiness for daily use without becoming too heavy.
Easy recognition through printing
The clear 'Postmappe' print on the front and the printed inside flaps make it immediately clear what this folder is intended for. This prevents confusion in the office and ensures that everyone knows where incoming post belongs. You can easily recognise the folder, even when it lies among other documents.
