When do you choose this product?
When should you choose acrylic paint?
Acrylic paint is the versatile choice for artists who want to work on different surfaces without the hassle of solvents. You use this paint when you want quick results, because acrylic dries much faster than oil paint. Thanks to its water base, you can clean up easily and there's no need to buy special thinners.
Why a set of 18 colours?
With this KREUL El Greco set, you get a complete basic palette with essential colours such as titanium white, various yellows, reds, blues and earth tones. The colours are mixable with one another, so you can endlessly experiment with new shades. This number of tubes offers enough variety for beginners and advanced artists alike, without leaving you overwhelmed by choices.
What makes this paint special?
El Greco acrylic paint has a glossy finish and vibrant, lightfast colours that retain their intensity. You can work both opaquely and transparently, meaning you can apply thick, opaque layers or create transparent effects. This flexibility makes the paint suitable for a variety of painting techniques.
Practical benefits for your workspace
This paint works on virtually any surface: from traditional canvas and paper to unusual materials such as stone, metal and plastic. Thanks to the aluminium tubes, the paint stays fresh for a long time and doesn't dry out in the packaging. Because everything is water-based, you can easily clean brushes and your workspace with plain water.

Dex knows - user tips
This is a water-based acrylic paint: thin and clean brushes simply with water, and let the work dry thoroughly before applying a next coat. The paint contains a preservative that can cause an allergic reaction in some people; with prolonged or intensive use in an enclosed space, it is advisable to open a window.
