Give untreated wood a fresh, transparent layer of colour with this flowing water-based wood stain. You get 6 colours in one set, ideal for trays, frames or that old stool that could use a bit of colour.
When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
This water-based wood paint has been specially developed for staining untreated wooden objects. You use it to give new colour to wooden furniture and accessories such as tables, chairs, serving trays, photo frames and chests of drawers. Thanks to its staining action, the natural wood grain remains visible while you add colour.
Why choose this particular paint set?
This set contains 6 different colours of 20 ml each in glass jars, which is ideal for creative projects where you want to combine multiple colours. The colours white, sunshine yellow, cherry, ultramarine, pistachio and chestnut brown offer a lovely variety to create different effects or to finish different parts of your project in different shades.
Safety and usage properties
The paint is saliva-safe, meaning you can also use it safely on objects that come into contact with food or toys. This makes it suitable for kitchen items such as serving trays or wooden toys for children. The liquid consistency ensures an even distribution over the wood surface.
Practical application
Make sure your wood is untreated before you begin - varnished or stained surfaces must first be sanded. Because of the water base, the paint dries relatively quickly, and you can easily apply several coats for a more intense colour. Keep the glass jars tightly closed to prevent them from drying out.
