Easily connect your DisplayPort cables with this handy coupler. Supports 8K resolution and ensures stable picture quality thanks to the gold-plated contacts.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a DisplayPort coupler?
You use this DisplayPort adapter to join two DisplayPort cables together when a single cable is too short. You need this type of female-to-female adapter if, for example, you want to place your monitor further from your computer or if you need to extend DisplayPort cables in an installation.
Why this DisplayPort 1.4 version?
This adapter supports DisplayPort 1.4, so you can maintain modern picture quality when connecting cables. The female-to-female format fits perfectly when you want to connect two male DisplayPort cables. The adapter retains all signal specifications of your original connection.
8K resolution at 60Hz support
The adapter can transmit video signals up to 8K resolution at 60Hz, with a maximum resolution of 7680x4320 pixels. With a video data rate of up to 32.4 Gbit per second, picture quality remains unchanged, even at the highest level of detail. This means you experience no loss of quality when you connect DisplayPort cables.
Practical compatibility and use
The gold-plated connectors ensure a stable connection and protect against corrosion. You can use this adapter with all DisplayPort 1.4 compatible devices, such as modern graphics cards, monitors and laptops. Make sure that both cables you connect support DisplayPort 1.4 to make optimal use of the 8K capabilities.
