Easily join two patch cables with this sturdy metal coupler. Ideal for extending your network with a reliable 1:1 connection.
When do you choose this product?
When do you need a patch cable coupler?
A patch cable coupler is used to connect two patch cables together, allowing you to extend your network. This is useful when your existing cables are too short for a new setup, or when you want to temporarily repair a faulty cable by joining two shorter cables.
Benefits of the metal housing
The metal housing offers extra protection and durability compared to plastic variants. It ensures the coupler can withstand daily use. The compact dimensions of 40 x 25 x 20 mm make it suitable for use in tight spaces.
Pay attention to the correct application
This coupler has a 1:1 pin assignment, meaning all eight wires are connected straight through. Before using it, check that both patch cables have the same wiring (both straight-through or both crossover). The RJ45 to RJ45 design makes it universally applicable for standard network connections.
