This unbreakable Maped ruler can be bent endlessly without tearing, ideal for everyday use at school or in the office. With cheerful animal prints and a colour gradient, measuring is just a bit more fun, and the protective pouch keeps it safe in your bag wherever you go.
When do you choose this product?
What does this product do?
The Maped Twist'n Flex Animal is a flat 150 mm ruler that you use for drawing straight lines and measuring short distances. It is made of a flexible material that is unbreakable, making it resistant to the rough handling it encounters in a school bag or pencil case.
Why this size and this variant?
At a length of 150 mm, this ruler easily fits in a pencil case or the included protective sleeve. This compact size makes it especially suitable for younger users who need a handy, lightweight ruler for school. The protective sleeve also ensures that the ruler does not scratch or warp when it is not in use.
Honest about the flexibility
This ruler can be fully bent without breaking or losing its shape. That sounds like a fun feature, but it also has a practical advantage: it flexes along with a full bag without giving way. Do keep in mind, however, that you need to hold the ruler flat on paper for an accurate measurement.
Practical tip: colour and design
The rulers are available in four animal designs — tiger, leopard, snake and giraffe — each with a colour gradient in green, red, orange or blue. The rulers are supplied assorted, which means you cannot specify a particular design or colour in advance. This makes the product less suitable if you want one specific design, but it is a fun surprise for the recipient when buying for a school or adding it as a gift extra.
