Why triangular pencils?
Triangular pencils are specially designed for people who want to improve their pencil grip or who suffer from cramp while writing. The triangular shape ensures a natural finger placement and prevents the pencil from rolling off your desk. These pencils are therefore ideal for children learning to write, but also for adults who do a lot of drawing or writing.

Why the 2.2 mm lead diameter is a good choice
With a lead diameter of 2.2 mm, these pencils are sturdier than standard pencils and break less easily thanks to the break-resistant graphite lead. This makes them particularly suitable for intensive use or for people who apply a bit more pressure when writing.

Sustainable and practically designed
These Maped pencils are made from recycled resin instead of wood, which makes them more environmentally friendly. You get two pencils in different colours (blue and purple), so you can easily tell them apart.

Extra help for beginners
This set comes with the KIDY learn grip aid. This aid can be placed on the pencil to learn and maintain the correct finger position. This makes these pencils especially valuable for children of primary school age or anyone who wants to improve their writing technique.
